1. Refund Eligibility
At Let's List It, we strive to provide excellent service and value to all our customers. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary. Please review our refund policy guidelines below:
2. Flat Fee MLS Listing Services
Before Listing Activation:
- If your property has not yet been listed on the MLS, you may request a refund within 48 hours of payment.
- A processing fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs.
After Listing Activation:
- Once your property has been listed on the MLS, refunds are generally not available as the service has been provided.
- Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for subscription plans if canceled before the full term.
3. Subscription Services
For recurring subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period, but no future charges will occur.
- Annual subscriptions paid in full may be eligible for a prorated refund for unused months, less applicable service fees.
4. Additional Services
For add-on services such as professional photography, virtual tours, etc.:
- If the service has not yet been scheduled or performed, a full refund minus a 10% processing fee may be issued.
- If the service has been scheduled but not yet performed, a 50% refund may be issued if canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
- No refunds are available for services that have been performed.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Provide your order number, the date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
6. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, please note:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.
- Processing times vary depending on your payment provider and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
- For credit card payments, refunds may appear as pending before being fully processed by your financial institution.
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Special circumstances such as service errors, technical issues, or other factors may be considered when reviewing refund requests outside these guidelines.
8. Changes to the Refund Policy
We may update our refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
